Add --threads (-t) option to downloading commands (#256) 
* Add `single-threaded` option to downloading commands

* Replace `--single-threaded` boolean option with `--threads` optional `usize` option

* Simplify `threads` field unwrapping

* Make `--threads` `usize` with a default value
